MARTY SUPREME - a Scenic’s View

​i’m a Scenic in USA Local 829 and i worked on Marty Supreme with a lot of my coworker pals who are all brothers & sisters in 829 as well.

here are most of the pics i took, from first day of shooting in October ‘24 thru to the night of the crew wrap party in early December ‘24, on the Lower East Side (Orchard & Eldritch Streets} and at Broadway Stages in Greenpoint, BK, NYC.

and here's that gnarly scene, shot on iphone thru another crew's monitor, when the bathtub that Marty/Timmy Supreme/Chalamet is bathing in crashes thru the rotten floor onto the guy in the bathtub below, crushing him, but also exciting the audiences world wide:

here's how the Scenics were keeping loose their limbs & thoughts, and quieting their breathing on Marty Supreme, because like Repo Men, "scenic is always intense":

note to all the millions of super fans who always ask: Yes, i  did indeed meet Tim Chalamet - when he walked up to me and asked for a light while i was standing outside our shop smoking on Henry Ave. he was a nice dude. I had no idea who he was - i just thought he was another of the thousands of Bushwick scenester kids in their 20s working as PAs on shows in Brooklyn....
